We are looking for "End User and System Support Team Leader Gemlik / Gebze" for our End User and System Support team.(Position will be evaluated in Bursa / Gemlik location)
Role
You will be part of a team that will undertake system installation, update and maintenance processes as well as on-site end-user support for our distinguished portfolio of customers for whom we provide IT support services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Have a good command of English to read and understand technical documents
- Experienced with Microsoft Windows server operating systems
- Experienced about Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Office 365 end-user operations
- Have used Microsoft Exchange Server
- Active Directory knowledge
- Antivirus installation and management (Preferably Karpesky, Sophos, Eset)
- Experienced in firewall management (Preferably Sophos, Fortigate, PFSense)
- Knowledge and experience in network infrastructures
- Knowledgeable in Network WLAN management
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Preferably with partial electrical and cabling knowledge
What to do?
- Analyze and resolve hardware and application related problems
- Providing on-site technical support in case of need
- Meeting end-user demands
- Close resolved records at the targeted time
- Desktop, laptop and mobile device installations
- To contact and follow up with the relevant services in case of technical malfunctions that may occur in end-user devices
- Installation of computer peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.) and intervention in case of malfunctions
- To record the inventory of out-of-use equipment provided in-house and given to employees
- Manage, follow and guide the daily operations of the Onsite team
