We are looking for a "Microsoft Systems Specialist" for our Virtualization, Backup and Replication Solutions team.
Role
You will be part of a team responsible for the planning, deployment and management of our company and our customers' IT infrastructure. This role includes the effective management of servers, storage solutions and other IT components.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduated from Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in system and infrastructure management
- Problem solving and quick decision making skills
- Good in Planning and Orgination
- Able to work in cooperation and harmony
- High communication skills,
- Experienced in Microsoft Server installations and management
- Dominating the Microsoft product line
- Experienced in Microsoft Services installation and management
What will you do?
- Provide technology support for Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Azure, Office 365 components.
- Plan IT solutions and architectural designs using Microsoft technologies for customer business needs.
- Install, configure and manage Microsoft technologies.
- Monitor the performance of Microsoft-based systems and take improvement actions. Ensuring that systems operate efficiently and with high performance.
- Ensuring the security of Microsoft-based infrastructure, implementing and auditing security policies.
- Identify and resolve problems in Microsoft-based systems.
- Create project documentation and keep detailed records of system configuration and configuration changes/updates.
- To closely follow the innovations in Microsoft technologies and industry trends and inform teammates with this information.
- Processing customer tickets according to their importance and providing solutions within SLA timeframes.
- Ensuring that unresolved records from L2 System Experts are resolved.
- Conducting assessment studies for incoming customers together with service management, determining needs and supporting the creation of project plans.
- Ensuring that incoming projects are completed on schedule.
- Providing services to customers within the scope of the contract and ensuring customer satisfaction.
